Responsibilities:
 Should provide the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
 Help customers over the phone or internet.
 Develop detailed knowledge of the products and processes.
 Should identify the problem and escalate to higher officials as per escalation, matrix
for further instruction , when ready solution is not available.
 Make outbound calls if required.
 Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
 Running reports to analyze common complaints and problem.
 Writing, editing, and revising of manuals.
 Help operation Manager in on boarding of customer.
 Answer Operation Manager in on boarding of customers.
Key Skills and Requirements:

 Graduate in IT, Computer Science or Computer Applications.
 Strong Computer Skills, particularly Word and Excel.
 Writing and Editing Skills to aid in writing and updating manuals.
 Good verbal and written communication skills in English and hindi, ability to
Describe process steps properly.
 Ability to remain calm during tough situation and escalating as per matrix.
 Good interpersonal skills and present ability.
 Hands on experience in IT related Helpdesk job.
 Candidate should have laptop and smart phone.
