Responsibilities:
Should provide the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
Help customers over the phone or internet.
Develop detailed knowledge of the products and processes.
Should identify the problem and escalate to higher officials as per escalation, matrix
for further instruction , when ready solution is not available.
Make outbound calls if required.
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
Running reports to analyze common complaints and problem.
Writing, editing, and revising of manuals.
Help operation Manager in on boarding of customer.
Answer Operation Manager in on boarding of customers.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Graduate in IT, Computer Science or Computer Applications.
Strong Computer Skills, particularly Word and Excel.
Writing and Editing Skills to aid in writing and updating manuals.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and hindi, ability to
Describe process steps properly.
Ability to remain calm during tough situation and escalating as per matrix.
Good interpersonal skills and present ability.
Hands on experience in IT related Helpdesk job.
