Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for providing comprehensive
HR services and support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding,
employee relations, performance management, training and development, and
compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best
practices and the ability to manage multiple HR-related tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting
ads, and managing the hiring process.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring
managers to select candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation
and training.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies,
procedures, and benefits.
Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee
engagement activities and initiatives.
Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a professional
and confidential manner.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation and management of performance
appraisal systems.
Provide support and guidance to managers on performance
management and improvement plans.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure
alignment with company goals.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs.
Assist in developing training materials and conducting training
sessions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR
databases.
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire
guides.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
Provide support in the annual salary review process and benefits
enrollment.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and
regulations.
Prepare and submit HR-related reports as required.
Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes.
Experience – 2-5yrs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
