Admin Job for Lawyer Office

LEADING LEGAL FIRM LOOKS FOR A SUITABLE CANDIDATE. WHO CAN JOIN IMMDTLY

Pl find the Job Description.

1.Day to Day Filing of  papers to be filed in respective clients/General Correspondence files

2.Attendance email to be checked on daily basis and marked accordingly and Leave has to be debited to the Individual staff.

3.Daily checking of Admin Mails and action to be taken accordingly

4.Bills for payment to be verified & checked and get approval from partners for payment

5.Monitoring the stationery stock and ordering for the same periodically. Stationery to be issued after entry in the Notebook kept for the same.

6.Front office  to be taken care of in absence of  the receptionist.

7.Maintaining the stock for Housekeeping and pantry  items such as snacks ,coffee ,Tea etc etc

8.Supervising the House Keeping staff and ensure it is done as per schedule .Daily monitored and enter in Excel Sheet

9 Monthly Coffee Machine maintenance to be carried out.

10. Managing the Xerox Machine Maintenance.

11.Co ordination of arranging  Associates Interview with Management

12.Trouble shooting and computer maintenance to be managed with IT and Net Working Executive

13Ensure the receipt of Time Sheet from Advocates weekly and escalate for the non receipt.

14.Office Maintenance  and AMC  to be taken care of.

15 Managing the Arbitration Meeting

16.Any other work related to Admin arises then and there
