Education: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA or any other relevant degree). Good in Kannada, English, Hindi

Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
- Understand customer requirements and align them with our product offerings
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Achieve sales and business growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure customer
satisfaction. Manage Social Media pages.
Required Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
6 months –2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Food, Pharma,
Nutraceutical, or Chemical industries preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Kannada & English is mandatory
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
